From booking to pickup, here is exactly what happens and what we need from you.
Book online
Choose the bundle that matches your home, pick your delivery and pickup dates, and enter the address we're delivering to. We'll confirm your ZIP is in our service area before you pay, and show any zone surcharge up front.
You'll be asked to keep a card on file. That card is only charged again if you extend the rental or if crates come back damaged or missing.
We deliver
Your crates, dollies, and reusable labels arrive inside a two hour window. Our driver stacks them wherever you want them, usually the garage or living room. There is nothing to sign for and nothing to assemble.
Windows are 8am–10am, 10am–12pm, 12pm–2pm, or 2pm–4pm.
You pack, move, and unpack
Seven full days is the standard rental, which is enough for most moves without rushing. Label the crates with the reusable tags, stack them, and load them. They interlock, so a truck packs tighter than it would with cardboard.
Need longer? Extend by the week from your dashboard at any time, even after delivery. We charge the card on file and move your pickup date automatically.
We pick up
On your pickup day, leave the empty crates and dollies stacked by the front door or in the garage. You don't need to be home. We count them, load them, and you're done.
Give them a quick wipe if anything spilled. Crates needing a deep clean carry a small per-crate fee, listed in the rental terms.

Sizing tip
People underestimate more often than they overestimate. If you're between two bundles, take the larger one — adding crates mid-rental costs more per crate than starting with the bigger bundle.
