What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, phone number, and for agents, your brokerage.
- Order details — delivery and pickup addresses, dates, time windows, and the bundle you chose.
- Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a card brand, the last four digits, and Stripe's identifiers. Full card numbers never touch our servers.
- Agreement records — the version of the rental agreement you accepted, when, and the IP address it came from.
How we use it
- To schedule, deliver, and collect your rental.
- To send order confirmations, delivery reminders, and receipts.
- To charge extensions and equipment fees you have authorized.
- To answer your support questions.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with the services that run the business: Stripe for payments, Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery, and our own drivers, who see only the delivery details needed for that day's route.
If a real estate agent gifted your rental, they can see that you claimed the gift, which bundle you chose, and the delivery date. They do not see your payment details or any amount you paid on top of the gift.
How long we keep it
Order and agreement records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and dispute requirements. You can ask us to close your account at any time; we'll remove your profile and keep only the records we're required to retain.
Your choices
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Transactional email about an active rental will still be sent.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and an anti-forgery cookie to protect forms. Both are required for the site to work and neither is used for advertising.
