If something doesn't come back
We keep a card on file so a missing crate never turns into a debt collection call. These are the only charges that can hit it after your rental, and you see this exact schedule before you check out.

Extending your rental
Moves slip. Extend by the week from your dashboard at any point before pickup and we charge the card on file at the extra-week rate for your bundle. Your pickup date moves automatically, so there's nothing to reschedule by phone.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Inside 48 hours the truck is already routed, so we refund everything except a $25 scheduling fee.
